It's another Monday!! Monday blues and I feel so lazy!! Right now, i'm slacking at home cause i took a day off!!! =) My plan for today was to head down to Siglap centre to get something and to pack my room!! Especially my closet which is currently in a mess!! All my clothes are pilled up with no category!!! haha..However, i have done nth the whole day except twirling around the house and singing my favourite song which everyone knows is "crryyy on my shoulder" =D

Alright, i was bored and so i have decided to serve the internet and look for ways to slim down my thighs!!! =*( Me thinks i have fat thighs!! Most of the websites recommended lunges!!! ooo.. k i found this good webbie that teaches 4 steps to toning and sliming your legs!!
So here it goes!! I'm gonna take my first step toward slim thighs!! =D

Step 1: Wall Squat, Starting Position
1. Lean head, shoulders, lower back, and butt against a wall, with feet about 18 inches in front. Click arrow to see the next step.

Muscles it works: Quadriceps, butt and hamstrings

Step 1: Wall Squat, The Move
2. Keeping knees hip-width apart, slide down the wall until you are in a chairlike position. Your legs should not go any lower than a right angle to the floor. Hold position for 30 seconds; work up to five minutes.

Step 2: Stair Climber, Starting Position
1. Stand sideways at the bottom of a staircase. In a scissorlike motion, cross your outer leg to reach the step. Click arrow to see the next step.

Step 2: Stair Climber, The move
2. Pull your other foot off the floor and place on the second step. Walk sideways up the flight of stairs; return to bottom normally. Then scissor your way up facing the opposite direction, leading with other leg. Start with one flight for each leg; work up to five.

Step 3: Lunge, Starting Position
1. Stand with hands on hips, legs hip-width apart.

Muscles it works: Hamstrings, butt


Step 3: Lunge, The Move
2. Take a big step forward with your left leg until your left thigh is parallel to floor. Do not allow your knee to extend in front of your toes. Let your back leg bend and heel come off the floor. Do not lean forward. Push off the left leg, and step back into starting position. Repeat with right leg. Start with eight repetitions on each leg; work up to 20.

Step 4: Ball Squeeze, Starting Position
1. Sit in a chair, leaning slightly forward, arms at sides, feet flat on the floor. Place a medium-size ball between your legs above your knees, with just enough pressure to hold the ball in place.

Muscles it works: Inner thighs

Step 4: Ball Squeeze, The Move
2. Squeeze the ball with your inner-thigh muscles. Then release just enough to hold the ball in place. Start with 10 squeezes; work up to 30.

I had just checked my bank account yesterday and wheee.. I have got more money than i have expected!!! =D I shall not disclose how much i have!! whaha.. However, $50 have flew away due to my sinful indulgence in online shopping!! =/ The things that are sold there are really cheap and not bad too!! =)
OH, all those who have ordered, pls pay me the amount with an additional $1.50 for every item you buy!! So if you have bought 2 item, that would be $3!! yup.. Do pass to me the money asap!!

Alright, on saturday, i met up with my JC friends!!! We ate at Ichiban!! It was not bad =D But the GST and service charge!! roarr.. super expensive!!! After that, we went to monstercue to play pool and OMG!! The charges had increased!!! One hr for $10 plus!! And as everyone knows, the condition of that place isn't good at all!! Too squeezy i would say!!! Alright, so the whole day i spent 50 bucks!! Of cos $3o was spent on my ezy link which seems to zoom down in value very quickly!! =( All in all, i had fun!! It was great to update each other on stuff!!! =) We shall meet up again sooonnnnn =)

woottss oh and we went window shopping at far east plaza and i realised that i haven't hit the mall in ages!! The genre of clothes had all changed!!! haha.. So i have decided to plan a shopping day with my sec sch fwens!! We will travel to chinatown, lucky plaza, far east plaza and bugis!!! wootsss... I can't wait!!! =D =D =D

arghhh.. there's this disgusting guy that owned me on the owned application!! roarr... his pictures are full of porn!!! =( So i decided to buy myself ack and in less than a minute, he bought me back!! rahh.. this is war!! wahaha.. So far i have won!!! =D

woottsss.. my blog stat counter has finally reached 1000!! =) hehe.. so happy!! it goes to show that i have loyal visitors!! =0 maybe now i shld try the daily counter!! haha.. i bet if that is up, it sould be of a different story!!! whaha..
